The family wishes to thank her precious sitters, Gwen Mallard, Diane Anderson, Sherrian Tucker, Geri Hendren, and Rhonda Sparks who took such wonderful care of her in her later years. Vivian’s young life in Bogota took her to the cotton fields where she chopped cotton as she dreamed of being in the cars that passed on their way to Dyersburg.

He received the following metals National Defense Service Metal, Vietnam Campaign Metal, Vietnam Service Metal, Army Commendation Metal and Good Contact Metal. Ronald was a 1965 Duval High School Graduate where he lettered in basketball, football and baseball.

II Williamson, and Bryan E. Williamson. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Justin, Michael, Dylan, Taylor, Kaitlyn, Blake, Luke, and Piper, sisters, Mary Jane, Erma, Gena, and Denise, and canine buddies, Prissy and Peanut.

We hope the service we are honored to render to your family will earn and continue to merit your approval, your friendship and your good will. He was a true and dedicated son of God who lived life for Jesus to the fullest and wanted everyone else to as well. He had been sick and in and out of the hospitals most of this year but his faith never wavered and he always believed he would be healed of his illness. His main goal was to be home and he told doctors that every time they asked him how he was. He may not have got to stay at his earthly home but is now in his new home that he will never have to leave again. He did get his miracle; our ways are not God’s ways but much higher.
Sister-in-laws, Charlotte Whitten of Griffithsville, Chiquita Whitten of Woodville, Pat Toney of Georgia and a host of nieces and nephews. He is survived by his daughter, Sherry Arthur, sons, Allen Dean, Tim Dean, Harvey Dean, and Kevin Dean. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren, and sister, Betty. Cecil Allen Dean, Sr., of South Charleston, WV, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at CAMC-Memorial Division.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Aunt Grace Davis; and his two Uncles, Paul Yarbrough and Thomas Yarbrough.
He loved watching football with his son and talking news and politics with his daughter. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather and friend. Chewkie was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon “Dink” Hall; parents, Tilden and Oma Lester; brothers, Bob, Mayo, Clay, Okey, and Hotrod Lester; sisters, Ernestine, Bonnie, Martha, and Sissy June. Trevor is also survived by many other family members and a host of friends. Left to cherish in his Memory are Christi Dawn Banks, his wife whom he adored. His face lit up when she walked in the room during his illness, and he would say “there she is”.

He retired 25 years ago when he became a grandfather; to spend his time spoiling his granddaughter, Kaylee. Just a few years ago he was blessed with his grandson Kyle and they enjoyed countless hours cuddling. He was blessed to welcome Emmitt, his great-grandson this year, that filled his heart with joy and always brought a smile to his face. We are sad to announce that on December 14, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Sam Kelly of Dyersburg, Tennessee.
He was a dedicated husband and with the love of his life Christi for 26 years. He was a great friend, uncle, brother, son, son-in-law, brother-in-law and even to the role on as dad when he needed to. He left a legacy behind for sure of how it was to serve Jesus and make Heaven your home. Ronald loved fishing on his Ranger boat and for the past few years spent time at his summer home in Summersville. WV, enjoying the lake and relaxing on the pontoon with Katherine.
He ran the race and kept the faith and to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. He was not only a Christian, but he was a dancer, preacher, runner, singer, worshipper, testifier and filled with the Holy Ghost and fire!! Serving Jesus was his greatest desire and a huge asset, he wanted everyone to have what he had. Although the devil took his health, he could not take Jesus out of his heart and his soul.
